A few times each winter we are visited by flocks of Bohemian Waxwings that come in to feast on the crabapple tree. Their trills fill the air as multitudes of these colorful, sleek birds swarm the tree to clean off the apples.
For this picture I was able to get close to them to get an intimate shot as they were far more interested in feeding than they were worried about my presence.
